COOPI – Head of Programmes

COOPI is recruiting a Head of Programmes in Khartoum for a 12-month assignment, with an expected start in December 2026 or January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country programme strategy and quality assurance.
• Develop donor proposals, oversee reporting and strengthen monitoring and evaluation.
• Maintain donor and partner relationships and coach programme teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• At least three years of project formulation, implementation and coordination with international NGOs.
• Experience with institutional donors and humanitarian standards.
• Strong English proposal writing, reporting, leadership and coordination skills.

Compensation
