IOM — Supply Chain Associate

IOM is recruiting a G-5 Supply Chain Associate in Khartoum on a special short-term graded contract of up to nine months.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, tender documents, supplier evaluation and purchase orders.
• Track deliveries, invoices, payments and procurement records.
• Assist asset, warehouse, transport and fleet operations.
• Guide junior supply-chain staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, logistics, supply-chain management or a related field with three years of relevant experience; alternatively, secondary education with five years.
• Procurement, logistics, vendor and asset-management experience.
• Strong computer, reporting, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
