Morouj – Electrical & Instrumentation Manager

Morouj Commodities Limited is hiring a full-time Electrical & Instrumentation Manager in Khartoum North (Bahri), Sudan.

Lead the plant’s electrical, instrumentation, automation and control function. Set maintenance strategy, coordinate shutdowns and major repairs, manage budgets and contractors, improve reliability and energy efficiency, and develop team capability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree is advantageous. 7–10 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, including at least five years in management or leadership. FMCG or processing experience is preferred. Strong technical leadership, budgeting, project management and safety skills.
