Morouj – HSE Team Leader

Morouj Commodities Limited is hiring a full-time HSE Team Leader in Khartoum North (Bahri), Sudan.

Lead workplace health, safety and environmental programmes; carry out inspections and audits, assess risks, train staff, coordinate emergency preparedness and follow up incident-prevention measures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Environmental Health or a related field; 5–7 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or FMCG operations; at least one recognized ISO Lead Auditor certification. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, Sudanese labour laws, environmental requirements and firefighting systems, with experience in audits, risk assessment and emergency preparedness.
