Morouj – Maintenance Team Leader

Morouj Commodities Limited is hiring a full-time Maintenance Team Leader in Khartoum North (Bahri), Sudan.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment and facilities. Allocate work, guide repairs and troubleshooting, maintain maintenance records, monitor downtime and support reliability improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline; 5–7 years of relevant maintenance experience including supervision or team leadership in an industrial, manufacturing, FMCG or processing environment. Strong technical and leadership skills, with communication and reporting in Arabic and English.
