Morouj – Quality Control Team Leader

Morouj Commodities Limited is hiring a full-time Quality Control Team Leader in Khartoum North (Bahri), Sudan.

Lead quality control for incoming materials and finished food products. Coordinate inspections and laboratory testing, maintain quality records, investigate non-conformities and follow up corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Industry Management or a related field; 5–7 years of food-industry quality control experience. Knowledge of HACCP, food safety management, ISO standards and laboratory testing, with strong planning and team coordination skills.
