Morouj – Utility Team Leader

Morouj Commodities Limited is hiring a full-time Utility Team Leader in Khartoum North (Bahri), Sudan.

Coordinate operation and maintenance of plant utilities, including water treatment, boilers, power and nitrogen generators and air conditioning. Plan maintenance, supervise troubleshooting, monitor consumption and costs, and support safe, reliable plant operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline; 5–7 years of relevant utilities, maintenance or engineering experience in the private sector, preferably in industry, manufacturing, FMCG or processing. Leadership, planning and troubleshooting skills, with reporting in Arabic and English.
