249Startups – Project Manager – Khartoum

249Startups is looking for a part-time Project Manager based in Khartoum to lead the planning and implementation of projects related to entrepreneurship, SME development, technical assistance and economic resilience.

The role includes coordinating with donors and implementing partners, managing project activities and budgets, monitoring progress, preparing reports and maintaining relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies or a related field
• At least five years of relevant project-management experience
• Experience with donor-funded, entrepreneurship, SME-support or technical-assistance projects
• Strong budget-management and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Experience coordinating partners and stakeholders

A relevant master’s degree and experience with ERP, CRM or project-management systems are considered advantages.
