UN CC:Learn – Food Waste Prevention

A five-hour, self-paced online course in English on preventing food waste throughout the food chain. Learn how to measure waste and reduce it in manufacturing, shops, food services and households. Suitable for learners interested in food systems, resource efficiency and practical environmental action.

Course content is free. An optional digital certificate costs USD 20 and requires at least 70% on the final quiz, with up to three attempts.
