About Fursa Sudan
Fursa Sudan is a free community platform for finding and sharing jobs, services, short-term work, training and other opportunities.
Fursa Sudan provides the platform. We are generally not the employer, service provider, worker or contracting party behind opportunities posted by users.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit.
When posting content, you must:
- provide information that is reasonably accurate;
- only publish information you have the right to share;
- avoid misleading other users;
- keep your account credentials secure.
By publishing content, you allow Fursa Sudan to host and display that content as necessary to provide the platform.
Prohibited content
Do not use Fursa Sudan for:
- scams, fraud or deliberately misleading opportunities;
- threats, harassment or hateful abuse;
- unlawful or seriously dangerous activities;
- prohibited sexual or exploitative content;
- malicious links, malware or spam;
- requesting passwords or other private security credentials;
- violating another person's privacy or rights;
- manipulating reports or platform security.
Context matters. Legitimate discussion of difficult conditions, conflict or security issues in Sudan is not automatically prohibited because it contains sensitive words.
Moderation and reports
Fursa Sudan may use:
- automated safety rules;
- AI-assisted moderation;
- reports submitted by users;
- manual review.
Content may be published, held for review, restricted or removed.
A report does not automatically mean that the reported content violated the rules.

Opportunities and direct contact
Fursa Sudan does not guarantee that every opportunity, user or statement is genuine or accurate.
Users should make their own checks before accepting work, hiring someone, paying money, sharing personal documents or travelling for an opportunity.
Communication through WhatsApp, email, phone or another external service takes place directly between the people involved.
Fursa Sudan is not automatically a party to agreements made between users.
Account actions
We may restrict content or suspend or ban accounts where reasonably necessary because of rule violations, abuse or security concerns.
Users may permanently delete their own account using the account-deletion functionality.
Free service and voluntary support
The core Fursa Sudan platform is free to use.
Fursa Sudan may accept voluntary support through services such as Ko-fi.
Supporting the project does not provide special access, higher ranking, guaranteed visibility or preferential moderation.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep Fursa Sudan available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Links or contact methods may lead to third-party services that Fursa Sudan does not operate.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the platform or its rules change.
