249Startups – Project Manager – Kassala

249Startups is looking for a full-time Project Manager based in Kassala to lead projects related to entrepreneurship, SME development, technical assistance and economic resilience.

The role includes planning and implementing project activities, coordinating donors and partners, managing budgets and payments, monitoring project results, preparing reports and maintaining relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders. The Project Manager may also deliver training, assessments, consultations and capacity-building activities.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies or a related field
• At least five years of relevant project-management experience
• Experience with donor-funded, entrepreneurship, SME-support or technical-assistance projects
• Strong financial-management, reporting and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Experience managing partners and stakeholders

A relevant master’s degree and experience with ERP, CRM or project-management systems are considered advantages. Accommodation may be available if required.
