Acted – Project Development Officer – Port-Sudan

Acted is recruiting a Project Development Officer in Port Sudan for a six-month fixed-term contract, with a planned November 2026 start. This is an international staff position; eligibility for an international contract is required.

Support proposal development and fundraising, manage grant reporting and partner follow-up, and coordinate internal and external communication. Requirements include master’s-level education in a relevant discipline, 1–2 years of relevant experience, proposal-writing and grant-management knowledge, familiarity with humanitarian donors, excellent written and spoken English, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: EUR 1,800–2,000 per month before income tax, plus a USD 300 monthly living allowance. Accommodation and food are provided in the Acted guesthouse; additional benefits are detailed in the official notice.
