DRC – Support Service Team Leader

Danish Refugee Council is recruiting a Support Service Team Leader in Gedaref on a 12-month national contract. Starting monthly salary: USD 2,015.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance, HR, administration, supply chain and logistics teams.
• Coordinate budgets, procurement and staffing plans.
• Maintain compliance, support audits and develop staff capacity.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, HR, business, logistics or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience, including two in management.
• Budgeting, HR, donor-project and INGO procurement experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English, plus MS Office skills.
