NRC — Humanitarian Access and Safety Coordinator Sudan Tawilah - Nationals Only

The Norwegian Refugee Council is recruiting a Humanitarian Access and Safety Coordinator in Tawilah. This position is open to Sudanese nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate humanitarian access, safety and security procedures.
• Analyse the operating context and security risks; develop contingency plans and access strategies.
• Supervise and train staff and coordinate with authorities and humanitarian actors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of relevant experience in humanitarian or recovery operations.
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles, NGO safety, risk management and humanitarian access.
• Experience in complex contexts, strong MS Office skills and working proficiency in English and Arabic.
