UNICEF seeks a consultant based remotely within Sudan to coordinate the Mother and Child Cash Transfer Plus (MCCT+) impact evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation activities, local partners and stakeholders.
• Support implementation, ethical data collection and evaluation quality.
• Help the evaluation team address operational issues in Sudan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, health sciences, social sciences, evaluation or a related quantitative field.
• At least seven years managing research or evaluation projects, including at least three years in programme research or evaluation in social protection, child health or nutrition.
• Experience with humanitarian research, vulnerable groups and theories of change.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
